2. Services Description

Quibaivort provides professional clothing alterations, repairs, custom tailoring, and fabric care services. All services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to the conditions outlined in these terms.

3. Client Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your garments and requirements
• Disclose any known defects, damage, or special characteristics of materials
• Inspect your garments upon collection and notify us promptly of any issues
• Pay all applicable fees according to our pricing and payment terms
• Collect your garments within 30 days of notification of completion unless otherwise arranged

4. Appointments and Consultations

We offer appointments for fittings and consultations. We request that you:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Understand that missed appointments without notice may incur a fee

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Prices are quoted based on the specific requirements of each service
• Additional charges may apply for rush services, complex alterations, or specialty fabrics
• A deposit may be required for certain services, particularly custom tailoring
• Full payment is due upon collection of completed garments
• We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments

6. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times vary by service type:

• Basic alterations: 3-5 business days
• Complex alterations: 5-10 business days
• Repairs: 3-5 business days
• Custom garments: 2-3 weeks or longer, depending on complexity

Express services are available for an additional fee, subject to current workload and staff availability.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to provide the highest quality service. However:

• We cannot guarantee perfect results for garments that are damaged, worn, or made of inherently problematic materials
• We are not responsible for shrinkage, color changes, or other issues inherent to certain fabrics
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• Any claims regarding quality of work must be made within 7 days of garment collection

8. Unclaimed Garments

Garments that remain uncollected for more than 90 days after completion may be considered abandoned. After reasonable attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate unclaimed items.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quibaivort and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Custom design specifications created for clients remain the intellectual property of Quibaivort, though clients retain rights to the finished garments.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
