1. Alteration & Repair Services
As a tailoring service, our work involves customizing or repairing your garments according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have the following policies:

2. Requesting Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please follow this process:
Inspect Promptly
Carefully examine your garment when you collect it, preferably before leaving our premises.
Contact Us
Notify us of any concerns within the specified time frame, explaining what aspects need adjustment.
Return Visit
Bring the garment back to our workshop. Please do not wear or wash the garment before returning.
Consultation
Our master tailor will assess the garment and discuss possible solutions with you.
Important: Garments must be returned in the same condition as when collected. Any garment that has been worn, washed, or damaged after collection may not be eligible for adjustment or refund.
3. Limitations and Exceptions
While we strive for perfection, there are some limitations to our satisfaction guarantee:
- Fabric Limitations: Some alterations may not be possible or may not achieve perfect results due to the nature, condition, or construction of the fabric.
- Pre-existing Damage: We will note any pre-existing damage on your receipt. Such damage is not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
- Design Changes: If you change your mind about the design or specifications after work has begun, additional charges may apply.
- Extreme Alterations: Significant size changes (more than 2-3 sizes) may affect the garment's proportions and structure in ways that cannot be entirely mitigated.
4. Custom Tailoring Services
For bespoke and made-to-measure garments:
- Fitting Process: Custom garments typically require multiple fittings. We include up to two post-completion adjustments in our price.
- Design Approval: You will be asked to approve designs, fabric selections, and measurements before production begins.
- Deposits: Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total price) to cover materials and initial work.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled after cutting has begun cannot be refunded as the materials cannot be reused.
5. Payment Refunds
When refunds are approved:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash payments will be refunded by check or cash at our discretion.
- Bank transfer refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
